Hey Girls,
The following tip is may be one of the greatest songwriter I’ve discovered this year - as good as Bon Iver !!! The Guy is called Matt Jones from Michigan. You could check his myspace here. But one thing you should absolutely do is to download a full live recording from here. This is a recent Michigan live performance and he’s so good, amazing !!! Matt is singing & playing incredibly. I’ve never heard a voice like that - may be Tom Brosseau…
I’m in touch with Chris Bathgate and Susan Fawcett about writing something about him… but my english… Susan from ‘Fox on the Hill’ sent me a nice email today… his first full length album should be released by the end of the year !

I was just awaiting for the first snow falls to share this sweet folk collection. I feel more comfortable reading your post than getting some headache trying to translate my french thoughts about it.
