So you all know my new addiction for the year thus far goes to Bon Iver. For those of you who are interested he’s starting a new blog which you can find here. You can find a few of his songs for download on a previous post located here. Now if I can only get Fingerprints to have him do an in-store
Sorry about that the non post we’ve all been somewhat busy with work and stuff. I wanted to post about Bon Iver “again” third one now, because he’s just so refreshing. I’m really loving his music and I’m so excited he’s coming out to the west coast. *crossing* fingers we can get him to do an in-store. I’ll try my best to put some more stuff up.
I saw Justin last night and let me tell you that group of guys are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! It’s been a long time since Ray LaMontagne that anyone one has made me cry, and cry in a good way. These three guys together are making absolutely beautiful music. You must, must, must go see them live. The album is great but seeing, feeling, hearing the passion in the way they play together is something else.

first of all. thanks for another great blog. i would get a bit depressed every time i would come back and see the heath ledger headline.
second of all. i was going to recommend this before i remembered you had his stuff on your music player so you already heard of him.
finally. i was just talking to one of my buddies about this guy. i like the idea of hibernating in a cabin creating music.
ps. his music is really good. yey for bon iver!

Trini,
Thanks for the heads up on the tour. I think I’ll be heading down to the Old Pueblo to see him at Plush.
