Well worth the praise of NPR. First time I saw him, he was by himself. Only himself and a guitar and I must say that the voice on this man is incredible. Bizarre, strange, beautiful - all of the above. The second time he had an entire band with him and he was the definately the ring leader of a wacky circus.
