I was all set, to send out my final CD mix of the year and year-end poll list to family and friend... but I think I'll wait with for this and also The Innocence Mission's December released EP. Folk's don't be turned off by Doug's strong faith in JC and co. I'm not a fan of christian music at all, but both Doug and TIM seem to transend their voice beyond the genre for me. I’m looking forward to this one!

Doug Burr has finished recording a new full length record. It’s not necessarily a follow up to ‘On Promenade’, but more of a project titled ‘The Shawl’. The songs were recorded in Tehuacana, TX in the Texas Hall. It was built in 1860’s and is in pretty bad condition, but still standing.
